At Thats So Fetch, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest post office.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit via email within 3-5 business days.
